Our lead trainers have been trained in the UK, Australia and Singapore with years of experience in training as well as corporate governance. We also have an in-house industrial psychologist that can produce detailed psychological profiles of the participants upon request. The report generated can be used by the client to assess their team and provides a guideline to ways of further enhancing their organization’s strengths while minimizing its weaknesses.
We pride ourselves in having at least a 1 to 10 trainer to participant ratio that is unmatched in the industry. Our corporate training programs receive an average approval rating of 95%, with a repeat client rate of over 80%, from Malaysian SME’s to multinational corporations.
We are also registered with the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) as Class A Training Providers, and offer programs that are claimable via SBL Khas & PROLUS.
All our programs come with the option of a full psychological profile of the participants, as well as follow up programs that are tailored to give long term retention of the knowledge learnt in the program, and to build on that knowledge to improve the organization’s corporate culture and performance.
In addition to our all encompassing training programs, we also run our own purpose built training center in Janda Baik, Pahang amidst the Pahang tropical jungle.
